Katie Price has jetted off on a plush holiday to Portugal where she’s staying in a fancy hotel and eating slap-up meals with her fiancé Carl Woods.
It’s the latest time she’s treated herself in recent months, with lip filler injections, new hair extensions and staycations also among her buys.
But Katie has claimed to be struggling for money in recent years, and she still owes her creditors more than £3million, despite being made bankrupt over two years ago.
The mum-of-five, who no longer works as a glamour model, has a toiletries business that sells bath bombs, a YouTube channel and posts regular sponsored Instagram content.
Here we look at all of Katie’s recent splurges, which don’t seem to be slowing down despite her money woes.
This week, Katie and Carl jetted off to Portugal as soon as the travel restrictions enforced by the pandemic lifted.
The duo have been staying in posh hotel and have posted several photos and videos of themselves relaxing by the pool with coconut drinks and beers.
Plush dinners out have also been enjoyed, with the couple, who got together last year, making the most of their time in the sun.
After coming under scrutiny for splashing the cash to go abroad, Carl revealed that their flights from London to Portugal cost a mere £7.
Their holiday comes just weeks after they enjoyed a holiday in the UK on a romantic log cabin break in Shropshire.
They were joined by Katie’s daughters Princess, and five-year-old Bunny.
Katie recently posted a video of herself after getting new lip fillers put in after having the old ones dissolved.
In the clip she said she’d stopped getting Botox but wanted to get her lips plumped back up and given a new shape.
“So I’ve got no Botox as you can see, just beautiful lips,” Katie told her fans.
Lip fillers cost anywhere from £215 to £1500, with the average price around £300 depending on how much filler you want.
Earlier this month, Katie underwent another makeover and got a new set of hair extensions put in.
Katie had been sporting her short natural hair and a range of wigs before getting the extensions.
Speaking in one of her YouTube videos, Katie told her fans: “Today is a transformation day… I have stuck with the short hair. You have seen my tried the wigs. I’ve let my hair breathe, but I just can’t do it anymore. I just can’t do it.
“It’s a new start with me with everything… I’ve basically said to them do what you think… I have got my hair in good condition and I’m leaving it to them.”
Katie is said to be spending around £10,000 to get ready for her wedding to Carl, according to New magazine.
A source said: ‘Katie knows the whole world is watching and she wants this to be the most amazing wedding of all time.
“She’s going to want to look incredible.”
It’s claimed Katie was in talks about her hair for the big day at Richy Hair Salon in Knightsbridge, in London, where extensions cost upwards from £1,000.
Previously, Katie has had non-surgical treatments at aesthetician Shane Cooper’s London clinic, where pampering sessions can cost up to £600.
She has also enjoyed hair appointments, manicures and regular sunbed sessions.
But her rep said most of her procedures are covered by endorsement deals.
Her representative told The Mirror: “Naturally Katie does want to look amazing for her wedding day. However, Katie does not have that cash to splash, she is in a bankruptcy!
“Katie receives daily offers for treatments, beauty sessions in exchange for PR. HMU is paid for by production or work.”
Katie is currently giving her crumbling Sussex home, dubbed the Mucky Mansion, a complete makeover, which will cost thousands.
The house has fallen into disrepair over the years and recently suffered a collapsed ceiling and flooded kitchen.
Last year thieves broke in and firefighters had to put out a blaze at the £2million home.
The house is being redecorated and cleared out of all its clutter and the bags of rubbish strewn across the floor.
Recent floor plans have revealed there will be six bedrooms on the first floor, with three more upstairs on the second floor.
The home also features a study, two sitting rooms and a dining room, as well as stables and a workshop.
Katie has set up an Instagram account for the renovation project and asked building and interior design companies to get involved .
Harvey’s new school
Katie’s son Harvey has moved into a residential college now he’s 18-years-old.
In her recent BBC documentary, Katie had previously looked at sending him to a college called National Star, which charges an £350,000 annual fee.
Fees for these types of colleges can be funded by the government, but they may have to be funded by Katie herself.
She scoured through 86 potential colleges across the UK to find the one he is currently in at the moment.
A rep for Katie told the Mirror: “These are gifted treatments – in return for a ‘plug’ – such is normal in practice to those in the public eye.
“Katie is flooded with daily offers from well wishers – clinics and beauty therapist and tries to help everyone to give small business especially exposure, a foot up after being closed for so long.
“In return Katie gets to maintain her infamous good looks at no cost financial cost to herself.”
