The Facilities and Administrative Services Staff (FASS) provides dedicated facilities management, logistics management, and administrative support service for the Offices, Boards and Divisions as well as Justice Building Management, Personal Property Management, Real Property Management, Environmental Program, Energy Management, Occupational Safety & Health Program, Aviation and Fleet Policy, and the Workers’ Compensation Program.

Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this position is to perform and manage interior design projects for the DOJ Offices, Boards, and Divisions (OBDs), in leased and federally owned facilities. This position has a full performance potential of GS-13. At the full performance level, the incumbent will perform the following:

- You must be a United States Citizen or National.

Qualifications
To qualify for the position of Project Manager (Interior Design), (GS-1008-12/13), you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below AND possess the required specialized experience specific to the series and grade you are applying to.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study — interior design or other field that included or was supplemented by at least 30 semester hours in interior design, interior architecture, or interior environmental design; or passage of the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) examination.
OR
Experience
Experience that required the performance of work concerned with the design and alteration of interior spaces to meet functional and aesthetic needs such as:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
For the GS-12, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 in the Federal service. At a minimum, specialized experience must be in or related to the following:
