Ronto names interior designers for leaseback models at Omega

The Ronto Group has selected the interior design firms that will create the interior designs for two furnished models at its 27-floor Omega high-rise tower that is currently under construction at Bonita Bay.  The previously sold residences will remain open for viewing after completion of construction through a developer leaseback.  Omega is the last luxury high-rise tower to be built within Bonita Bay and provides a final opportunity for an all-new, maintenance-free, amenity rich luxury condominium lifestyle within the award-winning Bonita Bay community.  After processing sales worth $10 million in January, the total sales volume at Omega is now $125 million and the building is 45 percent sold.

The Omega tower will feature 67 residences, including 63 spacious tower residences and four penthouses.  Robb & Stucky will create the interior for the previously sold tower residence 802.  The unique architectural design of the 02 residence allows for floor to ceiling windows that offer 78-foot wide views of the Gulf of Mexico.  The spacious 4,210 square feet under air open-concept floor plan includes a private elevator foyer, an interior foyer and gallery hallway, a spacious island kitchen with an adjoining family room, a large dining room and great room, three bedrooms plus a den, three and a half baths, and a 75 square foot air-conditioned storage space on the same floor as the residence.  The great room and dining room open to a 540 square-foot covered terrace that offers spectacular views and includes a gas grill.  The owner’s suite features a sitting area in the owner’s bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a bath with a separate water closet, his and her vanities, a standalone soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.  The remaining residences featuring the 02-floor plan are priced from $2,300,000 to $3,995,000.
